SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

The HHBD-II electric chain hoist is equipped with three safety features to ensure maximum safety: electronic overload protection, a friction clutch, and upper and lower limit switches. When overload is detected, the converter immediately stops the power supply to the motor and halts the lifting operation.
If the load weight exceeds the rated capacity, the motor runs idle to prevent overloading and damage to the hoist and lifting chain. This performance remains unchanged even in conditions of high humidity.
The limit switch stops the motor during excessive lifting or lowering, preventing damage to the hoist and lifting chain.
The brake that engages the rotor motor is a drum brake resistant to high temperatures. After power disconnection, the brake immediately activates, providing excellent safety.
