ALUMINUM BODY

WORKING SAFETY
Working with the PXII electric hoist is very safe due to its advanced safety features. The hoist has integrated friction clutches that prevent accidents in case of abnormal loads, such as overload, thereby ensuring safety measures.
Standard upper and lower limit switches are available for emergency disconnection of the motor circuit whenever necessary.
There is also an emergency stop button with voltage loss protection that immediately interrupts the motor circuit when pressed. The ergonomic design of the button controller ensures comfortable and safe operation. To enhance safety, the operating voltage is limited to 36 V.
EASIER MAINTENANCE
The solid shaft of the upper hook is positioned on the outside of the body for easier loading and unloading.
Electric components are centralized on the control panel, simplifying their inspection and maintenance.
The terminal cover of the control panel is connected to the body using a connecting strap, increasing convenience during use.

SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
Safety and reliability are key criteria for lifting equipment. The PXII electric chain hoist is equipped with three safety features to ensure maximum safety: electronic overload protection, friction clutch, and upper and lower limit switch. When an overload is detected, the converter immediately stops the power supply to the motor and interrupts the load-lifting operation.
If the weight of the load exceeds the rated capacity, the motor runs idle to prevent overload and damage to the hoist and load chain. This performance remains unchanged even under conditions of high humidity.
The limit switch stops the motor during excessive lifting or lowering, preventing damage to the hoist and load chain.
The brake that engages the rotor motor is a drum brake resistant to high temperatures. When power is disconnected, the brake immediately engages with excellent safety.
How does the motor overheating protection work? If the converter detects overheating, it automatically disconnects the power.
