The electric self-propelled stacker is designed for transporting cargo. It is suitable for working on prepared smooth and stable surfaces.
The forklift body has information labels indicating the load capacity model, the maximum lift height and a diagram of the residual load capacity depending on the fork lift height.
The electric stacker can be used as an indoor storage forklift for lowering/lifting and moving boxes and goods on pallets in production rooms, for example, in warehouses inside racking systems.
The CDDK electric forklift consists of a battery, which serves as a collector for the dynamic power supply, and an AC motor as the driving force that transmits torque through the gearbox. The fork lift depends on the DC power and hydraulic motor with the gearbox. The up and down motion is accomplished by an oil cylinder that lifts the forks and load. The stacker, which is used for lifting and transporting loads, is characterized by high energy saving, high efficiency, stable operation, easy operation, safety and reliability, low noise, and does not pollute the environment in the process. The battery of this trolley is designed for 24 V voltage, which allows to extend the operating time between charging process. The loader is used for transporting goods and works on a solid and level surface.
The loader is allowed to work under the following conditions:
- The altitude should not be more than 1,000 m;
- Ambient temperature -25 to +40℃;
- When the ambient temperature reaches +40℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed;
- Working on hard and flat surface;
- Do not use the truck in flammable, explosive or aggressive environment with acidic and alkaline liquids.
- The dust level in the air of the working area should not exceed the maximum permissible value.
The electric stacker is stable in accordance with the requirements of ISO 5766 as well as PrEN 1726 (wheels, steering and contact points).
